ASSET INTEGRITY & MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

ROPE ACCESS & MULTI-DISCIPLINE SERVICES

Where conventional access would require three contractors and a week of scaffold, an integrated rope access crew handles the same scope in two shifts — no scaffold, no waiting between disciplines, no coordination overhead. Safer, faster, and dramatically less expensive across a contract year.

Inspection, maintenance, and repair at height — under one crew, one contract.

Traditional access methods cost time and money. Scaffolding takes days to erect, manlifts can't reach every angle, and most rope access vendors only do inspection — leaving you to bring in separate crews for welding, NDT, or coating work. RSG integrates the disciplines. Our IRATA-certified technicians are cross-trained in mechanical fitting, welding, NDT methods, electrical fault-finding, and protective coating application, allowing a single mobilisation to cover the full inspection-to-repair lifecycle.

DRILLING EQUIPMENT OVERHAUL

Full lifecycle inspection, overhaul, and certification for drilling equipment on land and offshore

Rotary Systems

Major overhaul, inspection, and repair of rotary tables, crown blocks, and top drives.

Drilling equipment runs hot, dirty, and continuous. Top drives accumulate fatigue, mud pumps wear under high-pressure cycling, BOPs require pressure-test certification before every well. RSG provides full lifecycle care: from routine OEM-spec maintenance, through major overhauls of critical rotating equipment, to design modifications that extend asset life or improve performance.

Mud Systems

SHUTDOWN & TURNAROUND SUPPORT

Pre-planned manpower, rapid mobilisation, and 24/7 crews built around your shutdown window.

A shutdown is not the time to start sourcing. The contractors who win turnaround scopes are the ones already on the planning board six months ahead, with crews assigned, equipment staged, and shift patterns confirmed. RSG operates inside that planning window — embedding with your turnaround team, pre-mobilising crews, and delivering shift-based coverage from the first hour of the shutdown to handover.
